What is you lead time on your products?

This varies for each product and ranges from 3 weeks for block bottom bags to 12 weeks for our bespoke tin range.
What types of confectionery do you supply?

We supply all types of confectionery. This includes, jelly, gummy, sugared, soured, hard sweets, mallows, chocolates, lollipops, popcorn and American. We even have a great selection of sweets within toys that are really popular. If you have seen it, we can supply it.
Do you offer a full service that include printing and packaging?

Absolutely, we offer a complete start to finish service that includes multiple artwork and packaging options for you to select from. We also offer bespoke packaging designs should you have something particular in mind.
What accreditations do you offer?

As we supply many of the UK’s largest retailers, we ensure all the facilities used for packing and production are highly accredited. This includes, BRC, ISO, IFS, Sedex and many more, ensuring only the best quality products are produced by SMKM.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?

All our products come with a MOQ, this varies for each product. We will always do what we can to meet your demands. Please contact us to discuss further.
